Eat more & drink more. That’s my New Year’s Resolution for 2016.

Cutting things out of my diet, like chocolate & caramel macchiatos, has never been a successful approach to New Year’s Resolutions for me. So instead of depriving myself of my favorite things, I plan on adding healthy things to my daily diet. I’m counting on an extra glass of water before every meal to curb my appetite. And adding a vegetable & a fruit at least once a day should be good for something! It may not be the best approach for a weight loss diet but better health is really the goal. One step at a time.
