FRANKLIN COUNTY, IL. (WJPF) – One woman had to be rescued from her vehicle by a dive response team after a traffic crash Franklin County.

It happened late Saturday night on Yellow Banks Road just east of the Muddy River.

The driver of the car was not injured.
