SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (IRN) — The first-ever corporate diversity report ordered by Illinois state law in 2019 shows women and non-white minorities remain under represented on corporate boards relative to the state’ s population.

The report from the University of Illinois is based on 74 registered corporations with principal officers in Illinois that filed a report with the Illinois Secretary of State.
