CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (WJPF) — Two arrests have been made in connection to a fatal shooting in Cape Girardeau.

David Flores, 39, was shot to death September 23.

Delijah James, 18, and Isaiah Triplett, 18,  now faces charges including second degree murder and robbery. Both are being held on a $1,000,000.00 cash only bond.
