MARION, Ill. (WJPF) – A man is facing multiple charges after disturbance at KFC in Marion.
Marion police responded to the call on May 16 where they located 39 year old Julian McMillen pacing in the parking lot.

McMillen refused to comply with officers, attempted to strike an officer, and ran across the road. A taser was eventually used to take him into custody.
McMillen faces charges of aggravated battery to a police officer, criminal damage to property, resisting with injury, disorderly conduct, and aggravated battery.
