Let me start off by saying…WOW!  We are passionate about our BBQ in Southern Illinois!  Most phone calls, EVER!  I had a ton of calls for the legends, like 17th Street, Pat’s, Johnsons, Dad’s, Triple E, and many more! Some places I had never heard of, and I’ve lived here my entire life!  The one place which had their fans hit the phones hard today…and made the votes count, was Big Blues Que in Creal Springs!  I’ve never been there, but I fel a road trip is in order, ASAP!  Congrats to Big Blues Que in Creal Springs!  (click HERE for audio)
