MARION, IL. (WJPF) – A Carterville woman will spend the next three years in state prison after violating probation she had received on theft charges.

In December of last year, 33-year-old Mandi Grammer pleaded guilty to committing retail theft against a Hurst convenience store. She was sentenced to probation along with a 180 day sentence in County Jail.

According to The Williamson County State’s Attorney’s Office, Grammer never showed up to the county jail to serve out her sentence. Probation was then revoked.
