Well, it’s been a while since we heard from my Aunt Verna! Today, she was pretty excited about the amount of money Southern Illinois raised for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She still can’t pronounce it correctly, but that’s ok! She also had a lot to say about our friend, SIU Athletic Director, Coach Jerry Kill. Or, “Coach Jerry” as she lovingly calls him.
