HARRISBURG, Ill. (WJPF) — A prescription drug take back event will be held Wednesday in Harrisburg.

Individuals can drop off unwanted or expired medications, vitamins, or ointments. The items must be in sealed and closed containers. Needles, syringes, and inhalers, will not be accepted

The event runs from noon – 2:00 pm at the Harrisburg Police Department.
