WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Ill. (WJPF) – A former Carterville faculty member has been granted pre-trial release amid an investigation into aggravated sexual assault.
John Wakey appeared in court May 12 on nine counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault involving minors and pled not guilty. He was a faculty member during the time the allegations took place between 2013 and 2015.
