The Du Quoin Indians were selected as the Team of the Week after a 28-14 win over Murphysboro that improved them to 5-4 on the season and earned them the 10 seed in the 3A Southern Bracket of the IHSA Playoffs. Sesser-Valier-Waltonville co-head coach John Shadowens talked with Matt Varney on Thursday ahead of the Red Devils' huge Quarterfinals matchup this Saturday afternoon. It's the first time the Red Devils have reached the IHSA Quarterfinals since 1991.
