John A. Logan men's basketball coach Kyle Smithpeters met with Matt Varney Monday morning and they went down the roster together discussing several different weapons that the #6 Vols have. No Jay Scrubb, no Sydney Curry, no Jamarion Sharp, but Coach Smithpeters is still feeling very confident headed into the season:
John A. Logan Baseball is now ranked #9 in the nation and have won 15 straight. Coach Kyle Surprenant and Mike Murphy talked about that and more!
The Crab Orchard Trojans started the season at 5-0 and have since increased that win total to 6-0. It was an easy choice for the first Team of the Week of the basketball season. Matt Varney visited with coach of the Trojans, Jon Brown and discussed the team:
