Benton native and USAC Silver Crown racer Shane Cockrum joined Sportsvoice on Saturday to talk about the upcoming Ted Horn 100.  Cockrum broke the news that the race was postponed to Monday to Scott Hudson and Matt Varney before they talked about Cockrum's journey and successful 2021 season:

Matt Varney talked with Bryan Mullins on the postgame teleconference after SIU beat UND 85-64 in the first of a two-day doubleheader.  They discussed Marcus Domask's struggles to score, Lance Jones' work on the defensive end, and Kyler Filewich's big day.

John A. Logan men's basketball coach Kyle Smithpeters joined the first Talkin Vols show of the year Tuesday night.  Mike Murphy and he discussed the big news of the day - Logan's #1 ranking in the NJCAA preseason poll - as well as some of the new arrivals on the team and dealing with a strange upcoming season.
