Former John A. Logan men's basketball coach Kyle Smithpeters was announced as an assistant coach for new Missouri coach Dennis Gates last week.  He joined Sportsvoice to reflect on his time at Logan and talk about hopes for Missouri this past Saturday:

John A. Logan men's basketball star Sean East won the NJCAA Player of the Year award on Friday.  He joined Sportsvoice the next day and talked with Mike Murphy, Scott Hudson, and Dave McKenzie:

The Murphysboro Red Devils went to Harrisburg in Week 7 and proved they are exactly who everyone thought they were, taking the Bulldogs down 40-0.  Matt Varney talked with Red Devils coach Gary Carter about that win and Friday night's huge game against Carterville.
