Wednesday brought about an update from the Illinois High School Association that was disappointing to most throughout the state. Matt Varney met up with Carbondale Terriers football coach Bryan Lee to talk about his reaction to the update, the potential for football getting moved in to a summer season in May/June, they discuss the outlook for the current roster and some of the big names on it, and Matt makes sure to get Coach Lee's Super Bowl pick:
Carbondale Football coach Bryan Lee spoke with the voice of the Terriers, Roger Medlen, before Friday night's game at Murphysboro. It will be the 103rd meeting between the two teams and the 100th anniversary since their first meeting. Lee talks about getting some normalcy back and dealing with Murphysboro's Wing T offense.
