It’s the World No Tobacco Day 5K, coming Satuday, May 30th, at John A. Logan College!  This event is FREE!  But you must sign up before May 29th!  USE THIS LINK to sign everyone in your family up!  The Jackson County Health Department is helping to raise awareness on the dangers of smoking and vaping, and the dangers it poses to our young people!  Lace up your shoes, and get ready for a great day with your whole family!  I had Carrie Eldridge with the Jackson Coumty Health Department on the Kent in the Country Morning Show this morning, talking about it!  AND, for you serious runners, it is a timed-event!
