A former employee at Chicago’s United Center is facing felony charges after he allegedly sent nearly $600,000 in ticket refunds that customers never asked for to his own accounts.

According to court records, Bryan Charnot was charged with felony wire fraud after an investigation determined that at least 75 times starting in March 2016 he used the United Center’s online ticketing system to process fraudulent refunds.
The complaint says the refunds — issued without the customers’ knowledge — were sent to debit or credit card accounts Charnot controlled.

He’s scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 10.
