The X-TREME Dance Team from Sloan’s Gymnastics in West Frankfort joined me in the studio this morning! This group of dancers made it all the way to the World Dance Championships in Meadowlands, NJ this year! Amazingly talented group of kids, and amazingly dedicated to their craft!
