FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ill. (WJPF) – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the community’s help locating a non-compliant sex offender.

Raymond Williams, 40, of Benton is classified as a sexual predator and is required to provide to law enforcement his current address, but has not done so. His whereabouts are unknown at this time. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
