John A. Logan star guard Sean East was named a First Team All-American on Wednesday.  East led the Vols to a Sweet Sixteen finish at the NJCAA Tournament.  He scored 43 points in Logan’s season finale, a g 109-91 loss to Harcum.

East finished the season 3rd in Points Scored (691), 5th in Free Throw Percentage (88.7%), 12th in Assists (187), and 18th in Points Per Game (20.9).

East is believed to be in the top three for the NJCAA Player of the Year award.
